Finishing Up

Hey yall
Not sure if anyone is still checking this but I wanted to let you know that I would like to get pictures of yall next weekend, probably Saturday before class, your before and afters, I don't know if everyone has seen the book my group made for Mark but basically the before is your mask, act, whatever it was you were using to hide and the after is your new break through being.
We did ours last minute so we just made signs, but if yall think about it and want to bring props thats awesome!

40 Day meeting?

Hey TCP'ers...I missed the last 40 day meeting because I got snowed in, on a trip up to DC. I emailed Melanie to find out the scoop on when the last meeting will be but have not heard from her. Does anybody know the plan? Is there a meeting this coming Monday (Mar 9th) or was the last meeting moved to the week of Mar 16th?? Thanks.

i just wanted to let you all know that i will be going to the 5:30 class tomorrow at BLISS yoga in san marco if anyone or everyone would like to join me!! its a "warriors flow" class. from 5:30 to 7:00

PT Today at 3:30

Hi Gang,
It looks like Kelly, Kate and Akimi are on for 3:30 PT at Southside. My work schedule is open this afternoon so I will likely attend as well. Are you guys thinking of doing the 5:15 and 6:30 class?

May be tough or really good on a fruit cleanse day- either way I am sure we can get through it together!

Practice Teaching Tomorrow!!!

Hey Guys!
Hope you are all enjoying a relaxing weekend. I know a few of us were planning on meeting at southside tomorrow for some practice teaching at around 3:30. Just wanted to check and see if anyone else would be interested and see what time you guys wanted to start. Also is anyone with a key planning on attending (Katrina, Caitlin?) If not let me know so maybe i can meet up with one of you earlier in the day to get one.

CPR Training

Hey guys.
Is anyone interested in getting CPR certified Saturday March 28th from 12-4 at the southside location. Let me know. I need 8 people to book it and I have 5 teachers confirmed so I wanted to open it up for you guys as well.
